Surprise your valentine with a heart-felt, heart-filled creation! Take a break, get creative, and laugh with virtual friends! “Paint & Sip” a masterpiece in the comfort of your own home.
Register and pick up your kit between 10am on Wednesday, February 10 and 4:30pm on February 12. The kit will include the canvas, paint, brushes and instructions on how to join our virtual class for you to paint your own Valentine Balloons masterpiece.
Great for at-home date-night, fun-time with your kids, or some well-needed self-care.
Kits are $25 for early birds, or $30 if purchased after February 8. There is also a $20 ticket price if you provide ALL your own materials.
All proceeds support the Friends of the Roxbury Public Library.
Painting for February is "Valentine Balloons."
About the Artist: Marsha Bayley Turner is a retired middle school art teacher. She taught at the Ringwood School District for 20 years until the 2018-2019 school year. Before becoming a teacher, Marsha ran a children's art studio. Marsha has taught Paint & Sip classes for the Roxbury Library since July 2019. During the spring when the library had to close, Marsha donated 40 basic skills art classes, all of which are available on the library's facebook page.
